Ozzy Osbourne: sem chorar se não reunir o Black Sabbath
Ozzy Osbourne concedeu entrevista à QMI Agency. Durante a conversa, falou sobre os relançamentos de Blizzard Of Ozz e Diary Of A Madman, além da possibilidade de reunião com o Black Sabbath. Confira alguns trechos do bate-papo.
O que você mudaria nos álbuns, se pudesse?
Nada. Por que faria isso. Eles são perfeitos da maneira que são.
Mas em 2002, você substituiu as gravações originais de baixo e bateria durante uma disputa judicial com os músicos. Agora, as resgatou. Você se arrependeu?
Minha esposa é minha manager. Não cuido da parte dos negócios. Não era um adepto dessa idéia, mas foi uma decisão de business para que aquelas pessoas parassem de nos incomodar... Não queria fazer isso, mas me vi obrigado. Mas, honestamente, acho que isso deveria ser perguntado à Sharon. Fico feliz que tenhamos trazido de volta os takes originais.
Parece que cada vez que um membro do Black Sabbath menciona a possibilidade de uma reunião, outro a silencia. Você ainda acha que isso irá acontecer?
Não tenho idéia. Se eles quiserem, podem me ligar. Nunca digo nunca. Se funcionar, beleza. Se não, vamos em frente. Não é o fim do mundo, não vou pegar uma caixa de lenços de papel e chorar para o resto da vida.
Por que é tão difícil para os quatro chegar a um acordo?
Bem, não somos mais garotos. Não queremos enrolar uns aos outros. Para que voltar de maneira infeliz se estou feliz agora? Claro que adoraria fazer um grande álbum com o Black Sabbath e reconquistar todo o crédito que merecemos. Mas ao mesmo tempo, a pressão seria intensa sobre nós. Podemos nos reunir amanhã e gravar algo. Mas não necessariamente acabaríamos orgulhosos com o resultado.
